Substance Abuse Prevention Services, a non-profit agency serving our community since 1971 presents the 3rd Annual Chocolate Ball.
This Valentine themed, black-tie optional event is designed to promote love, nurturing, health and wellness which is the essence of prevention. Come enjoy an evening of fine dining, non-alcoholic drinks, music, a silent auction and chocolates provided by: Proceeds from the event will help provide services to at-risk communities in Mecklenburg County.
